fanart I guess - Rainbow Dash - watercolors

I got some new watercolors this week, called Maimeri Blu. I've previously used cheap watercolors that are meant for children, but I figured it was about time to try some real high-quality watercolors
So, I wanted to try out all the colors at once, but I didn't know what or who to draw... Then I figured I could draw Rainbow Dash, since she's pretty much a walking rainbow... My boyfriend kept calling me a "pegasister" because of this, lol, but I'm not. I have watched a few episodes, and I think it's an alright show, but I'm not a fan.

Also, sorry for not having been around here on DeviantART much lately.. I'm super busy with real life stuff, but I'll try to come back and reply to your notes and comments soon. Right now it's past bedtime for me

But anyways, I hope you guys like my version of Rainbow Dash I tried going for a semi-realistic type, which I have seen others do before me, yes, but I wanted to try one in my style.
The only reference I used for this one was a simple picture of Rainbow Dash from the My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic show that I found on Google. I didn't use any reference for real ponies or horses. I used to draw loads of horses as a kid, so I wanted to draw this one with no horse-reference, just to see if I could still remember how to draw them, anatomy-wise and such...
