I drew this on an A3 sized paper, and since by scanner only takes A4, I had to take a photo of this in order to get it on my computer and color it in photoshop.
I'm kinda happy with how it turned out. I've been wanting to draw Spike with his black angel wings again for a long time. This is more like the image he has of himself: the straight jacket symbolizing a lot of things, like how his uncle used to tie him up, or actually use a straight jacket on him. And it symbolizes captivity, being trapped and unable to break free. Trapped by his uncle, trapped by himself and his fears, unable to break free from his fears and emotions. It also symbolizes the insanity he thinks he has (and that might be the case also..?). Blindfold: not wanting to see certain things, or face certain things, or being kept away from seeing the truth, etc.. the wings? Can symbolize a bird's wings or an angel's wings. Can symbolize the Crippled Bird from Sam's childrens'-book, whom Spike can relate to (long story). Or angel wings; white symbolizes purity, whilst Spike feels stained and not pure at all so if he got wings they would be black. And with black wings he would not belong in heaven, among the other white-winged, pure ones.
...'n stuff.
hope you like it :3

wow i love it, it says a lot to me cuz i have been to places were i surprised that i have not been put in one but i have been in something like it and it was not fun
I think that the blindfold should be more visible...but it's still amazing.
