human Spike - a few expressions

just a few expressions... And yes, these are actually in-character. Spike is generally pretty expressionless, but when he's with Sam, he's acting more safe and sort of self-confident, at least enough to fool around and be himself

These were really fun to make I will definitely do some more expressions at some other time ^^
