messing around with watercolors by oomizuao messing around with watercolors by oomizuao
I was inspired by *lora-zombie and the way she paints, and ended up with this..
It's Spike as a kid, and a shadowy raven - which ended up looking rather macabre.. -__-'
It's rather grainy here because I took a photo of it in bad lighting instead of scanning it.. And I've adjusted the brightness and colors in photoshop, so it's actually a lot lighter in real life.
Um... yeah. Not much more to say about this I guess :B

i can tell you had fun with this one! i really really enjoy the improvement in your line, within spikes chin and cheek area and especially with the birds beak, looks really accurate. the use of purple blue and green? possibly in the skin tones is just really grand! and looks very bootifull  :3

I like it! It's really great. I'm always impressed how someone can make such good shading with watercolors :)
