I suck at titles...
So, the idea for this was that Spike wants to get rid of his black wings, wishing for white ones instead, so he's ripping out the black feathers which somehow turns his wings white.
Logic.

It seemed like a good idea at the time, but now I'm not sure XD
I actually liked the sketch far more than the finished result.. I'll upload the sketch to my scraps and link it here soon.

well, if you want to try explaining it, it could be spiritual, where he's ripping out what he hates about himself (the black feathers) to let him become what he wants to be (the white feathers).
or you could just say "Logic. it's so restricting, so boring. Who needs it?"
