Change of dA username? (UPDATE)

Elsewhere I've been using 'Elimsy' as an alias, though never on any art related things. It's a combined/shortened form of my full name, so maybe the concern some of you had that 'Ozoozou' wouldn't sound very professional as an artist name won't be an issue with Elimsy as a nickname..?
Also, I just realized it sounds like the word 'flimsy' which might in a self ironic way fit me quite well, actually.. At least with how I appear on the outside.

In all honesty I really want to use Elimsy as my new dA username, but I don't want to do anything that'd be confusing or annoying to you guys, so... what do you think? Will you still recognize me with that username? I'll be using the same logo/avatar, and if I change it someday I'll notify you and also make it of Spike or one of my other characters.

...idk, I guess I just wanted to ask if you're ok with me changing my username from 'oomizuao' to 'Elimsy'?

I've been considering this for a while actually.. but I thought I'd finally figure it out and ask you guys too so here's the thing:

I kinda want to change my deviantART username from "oomizuao" to "ozoozou".
Oomizuao has become like a psedonyme to me, so I worry that changing names like that might be confusing when referring to me or my art, you know? But Ozoozou actually feels more fitting; it's unique, it's kind of silly in a good way, and it would feel like a tribute to my fans and followers and all you great people of deviantart
Ozoozou is a nickname one of you guys suggested when I asked for help to find a new nick to use on some other webpage... Tumblr? Twitter? I don't really remember 'cause I liked it so much I've been using it multiple places  I know many of you call me "oomi" and I think that's adorable so changing my username on deviantart doesn't mean you have to stop calling me that :3 But still, I want to ask for your opinions on this matter:

Question 1) Are you ok with me switching my username to "Ozoozou", or would you prefer if I kept "oomizuao"?

Question 2) Do you have any experience with either changing your username or someone you know/follow changing theirs? If so, what do you think are the pros and cons of switching usernames?
